Add to that some gluten-free pasta, and you can enjoy all the flavour with none of the adverse affects of a regular mac and cheese!

I should have probably called this Penne and Cheese because the store didn't have any gluten-free macaroni, but that doesn't roll of the tongue as easily, does it?
